WWOOF España (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms Spain) is a non-profit organization that connects volunteers with organic farms and ecological projects across Spain. Part of the global WWOOF network, it promotes cultural exchange and hands-on learning in sustainable agriculture, agroecology, and rural living. Volunteers (WWOOFers) work up to 25 hours a week in exchange for food, accommodation, and an immersive educational experience. With over 300 hosts, including eco-villages and family farms, WWOOF España fosters solidarity, ethical living, and environmental awareness.

It serves farmers, professionals, NGOs, and policymakers with tailored programs and advisory services. With a strong focus on innovation, integrity, and inclusivity, FACE plays a vital role in lifelong learning and community capacity building in North Macedonia and beyond.

Through Transnational Strategic Partnerships, they have developed initiatives to promote work-based learning, continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers, and mentors, innovative approaches and digital technologies for teaching and learning, art and heritage education, providing adult career orientation and consultation, and promoting efficient and integrated guidance services and flexible and permeable learning pathways.
